Branch Security Officer

Summary

The Branch Security Officer provides security and operations support in a retail store, helping to deter theft, manage incidents, and maintain store controls while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role supports opening and closing procedures, assists with facilities and back-of-house operations, and partners with store leadership to drive sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Security Officer and store management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
• Implement incident management procedures and ensure adherence to security systems, alarm tests, inspections, and key access controls.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and support back-of-house operations and facilities repairs.
• Support sales and client service by acting as a brand ambassador and delivering memorable in-store experiences.
• Act on client feedback and NPS scores to optimize hospitality and store amenities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Desired: experience in a retail or security environment; 1 year prior security-related experience.
