Branch Security Officer

Summary

The Branch Security Officer maintains a safe and secure environment for clients and employees while serving as a visible brand ambassador. This role combines customer-facing hospitality with back-of-house security operations, incident response, and support for store sales and service. The officer partners with management and senior security staff to uphold procedures and ensure a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible security presence and act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Partner with management and Senior Security Officer to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies and incidents.
• Execute security operations and controls including daily inspections, alarm tests, key access, and security reporting.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and support back-of-house operations and facilities-related tasks.
• Support store sales by deepening client relationships and assisting the team to achieve sales and service objectives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete required reports and inspections.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: Experience in a retail or security environment and 1 year prior experience in a security-related position.
