Branch Security Officer

Summary

The Brand Security Officer oversees daily security and back of house operations to protect assets, support store operations, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role partners with senior security and store management to implement incident management procedures, maintain security systems, and support opening and closing duties. The officer represents the brand in customer interactions and helps the store achieve sales and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and operations support to deter theft and protect assets.
• Partner with senior security and management on incident reporting and emergency response.
• Perform daily inspections, alarm tests, key access controls, and security equipment checks.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and support facilities repairs.
• Cover back of house operations and controls.
• Deliver a positive client experience and act as a brand ambassador during customer interactions.
• Support store sales goals through client relationship building and service behaviors.
• Implement hospitality standards and act on client feedback and NPS scores.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year prior security related experience preferred.
