Branch Security Officer

As a Branch Security Officer at Tiffany & Co. in Troy, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment for clients and employees. You will serve as an ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients, ensuring a positive experience from beginning to end.

• Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times.
• Serve as an ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients.
• Support store operations to consistently achieve sales plans.
• Deliver memorable in-store experiences and demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
• Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
• Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft and respond to emergency situations.
• Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through inspections and report submissions.
• Carry out operations tasks including opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with facilities repairs and communicate with the store team.

• High School Diploma.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience in a security-related position preferred.
