Branch Security Officer - Tysons

Summary

Provide a secure and welcoming environment for clients and employees at the store. Serve as an ambassador and first point of contact to deliver exceptional customer experiences while performing security and back of house operations and controls. Support sales objectives by contributing to client relations and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times.
• Serve as ambassador and first point of contact for clients to enhance the customer experience.
• Perform security duties including deterring theft and reporting missing assets.
• Respond to emergency situations and follow incident management procedures.
• Carry out daily security inspections, alarm tests, and key access controls.
• Support opening and closing procedures and other back of house operations tasks.
• Assist with facilities repairs and communicate maintenance needs to the store team.
• Partner with senior security staff and management on security protocols and store operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and system checks.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year prior experience in a security related position preferred.
