Job Description

Summary

Provide security and operations support for a luxury retail branch, ensuring safety of assets and exceptional client experiences. Partner with senior security and store management to deter theft, respond to incidents, and maintain security systems while supporting store operations and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide security controls and daily operations support to drive sales and service.
  • Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft and report missing assets.
  • Respond to emergency situations and follow incident management procedures.
  • Perform daily inspections, alarm tests, key access management, and report submissions.
  • Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs.
  • Cover back of house operations and controls.
  • Deliver a positive client experience and act as a brand ambassador during customer interactions.
  • Implement hospitality processes and act on client feedback and NPS scores.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work retail hours including nights weekends and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Experience in retail or security environments preferred.
  • At least 1 year prior experience in a security related position preferred.
