Responsibilities

• Drive daily business to achieve sales goals.
• Provide personalized customer service aligned to brand expectations.
• Participate in team training and support company initiatives.
• Utilize digital sales tools and alternative purchasing processes.
• Support product discovery through digital catalogs and QR codes.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times.
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management.
• Operate register and assist with customer transactions.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective verbal communication skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on the sales floor for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate physical tasks.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel or overnight shifts.
• Ability to operate point of sale systems and support digital tools.
