The Brand Ambassador represents a luxury perfume brand in-store, delivering exceptional customer service, product expertise, and client engagement to drive sales and support events and activations at Bloomingdale's 59th Street.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales for all perfume brands and achieve individual and event sales goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable client experiences
- Utilize suggestive selling techniques and leverage tie-in marketing or store promotions
- Plan and execute event sales goals and support special in-store activations
- Report business results and observations daily and weekly to the Selling Manager
- Ensure product replenishment and maintain luxury presentation standards
- Uphold brand grooming standards and uniform guidelines
- Support merchandising updates and store events to maximize brand visibility
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in fragrance beauty or luxury retail
- Proven success delivering event and promotional sales goals
- Strong communication problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to inspire motivate and influence others and collaborate with management
- Dependable punctual with availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build relationships and deliver a client-focused experience
- Highly organized adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently
