The Brand Ambassador delivers personalized, inspiring customer experiences while supporting store sales goals and company initiatives. This role builds customer connections and represents the brand's values and standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by keeping the customer at the center of decisions and supporting daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Use digital tools and alternative purchasing options to support product discovery and customer access.
• Build clientele, collaborate with teammates, and provide management with feedback on successes and opportunities.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and participate in team training.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
