Summary
Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized and inspiring customer experiences in a high-volume specialty retail environment. This seasonal role supports store initiatives, uses digital tools to enhance sales, and serves as an entry point for future leadership opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Support company and store initiatives and represent brand expectations on the sales floor
- Participate in team training and utilize technology to enhance the customer experience
- Engage in networking to begin building a clientele
- Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as ship to home and digital shopping tools
- Maintain sales floor standards and store presentation at all times
- Operate register and assist customers throughout the store
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred
- Effective customer and team communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible overnight shifts or travel
- Ability to operate point of sale systems
- Capacity to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
