Brand Ambassador

Summary

Join the Dr Barbara Sturm team as a Brand Ambassador based in Selfridges Birmingham working a full time schedule of 37.5 hours per week across five days including weekends. You will represent the brand by delivering exceptional customer experiences, building brand awareness and loyalty, and achieving sales targets while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one to one sales consultations with customers
• Promote skincare products and brand values to drive sales
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and anticipate customer needs
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage loyalty
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards in the store
• Stay informed on industry and market trends

Requirements

• Experience in a one to one sales environment ideally within skincare, beauty or luxury
• Enthusiastic and ambitious attitude toward achieving personal goals
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Passion for products and the brand
• Ability to work a full time schedule including weekends
