Summary
Provide exceptional customer service as a frontline cashier and brand ambassador, ensuring a smooth checkout experience, accurate transaction processing, and maintaining an organized cashwrap area while representing the brand with enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and create exceptional in-store experiences
- Process sales transactions including cash, credit, debit, and checks accurately
- Validate returns and manage promotional offers and coupon redemptions
- Execute Ship to Home orders and maintain customer profiles in the POS system
- Engage in cross-selling and upselling to enhance customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cash wrap and queue areas
- Support visual merchandising and capture reticket information
- Answer phones and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred
- Ability to operate register and stand or walk for multiple hours
- Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and maneuvering around the sales floor
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel
- Willingness to complete company trainings and maintain standards
- Ability to build positive working relationships with customers and team
