As a Part-Time Brand Ambassador at our Children's Store in Cabazon, you will be passionate about providing a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. You will be a team player who exemplifies inclusivity and is motivated to drive business success.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals by focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
• Utilize "More Ways to Shop" to enhance customer experience and drive business results.
• Represent RL Brand expectations and support the company and store vision.
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management.
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are consistently met.

• Retail experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and operate the register.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and co-workers.
