Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, customer-first shopping experience in a children's retail store. This role supports sales goals, shares product and styling knowledge, and helps maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet individual sales objectives and key performance indicators.
• Assist customers with fitting room needs, sizing, styling, and available programs.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, support replenishment and floor sets, and complete opening and closing tasks.
• Maintain visual standards, share product feedback with management, and contribute to an inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to stand, move, and walk for multiple hours and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
