Brand Ambassador - Creative Champion

Summary

The Brand Ambassador delivers personalized, inspiring customer experiences while supporting sales goals and store standards. This role contributes to a collaborative, inclusive team and builds knowledge of fashion, styling, and available customer programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives.
• Support sales plans, connect customers through the Polo Connect program, and share product knowledge and styling guidance.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards across the sales floor and back of house.
• Support floor sets, replenishment, opening and closing duties, and visual standards.
• Participate in company training and communicate product feedback and category opportunities to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts; travel may be required.
