Brand Ambassador - Designer Salon

As a Brand Ambassador at the Designer Salon in Chicago, you will drive business through your expertise on a specific vendor line, representing the face of the brand. You will be responsible for product knowledge, training, and education for other associates, providing feedback to merchants and vendors, and developing client and business relationships to enhance sales.

• Drive sales for the brand in a specific category and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding existing client sales.
• Coordinate special orders, reserves, and product movement between stores to fulfill customer requests.
• Reinforce shortage awareness and adherence to SOP for profitability.
• Coordinate department efforts for special events and trunk shows.
• Educate and train associates on product technical aspects.
• Provide feedback to corporate buying office and vendor using the Monthly Recap Form.
• Act as a liaison between department and vendor representatives.
• Exhibit the highest customer service standards as a role model for sales associates.

• 2+ years of selling experience in a similar product category.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Ability to inspire and build trust quickly.
• Basic math skills to interpret reports and develop selling strategies.
• Excellent client building and selling skills.
