Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, supporting store initiatives, and helping drive sales while representing brand values. This role supports customer engagement, assists with daily operations, and contributes to building clientele and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business to achieve sales goals.
• Provide personalized customer service and represent brand expectations.
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training.
• Use technology and alternative purchasing processes to strengthen sales.
• Engage in clienteling and networking to build a clientele.
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate register for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel.
