As a Brand Ambassador, Experience, you are the face of the Canada Goose brand and a champion of exceptional guest experiences. You bring Canadian Warmth to life in every interaction, building authentic relationships, delivering personalized service, and creating memorable moments that inspire loyalty. Through expert product knowledge, luxury selling techniques, and a passion for clienteling, you help guests discover products that meet their needs while driving individual and store performance. What You’ll Do:
- Embody Canadian Warmth by creating personalized, memorable experiences for every guest.
- Build authentic relationships with clients, fostering long-term loyalty through meaningful engagement and exceptional service.
- Provide expert product recommendations and styling guidance tailored to each guest's needs and lifestyle.
- Deliver luxury selling experiences that drive conversion, units per transaction, and overall business performance.
- Cultivate and maintain a portfolio of clients through proactive outreach, appointment booking, product launches, and brand events.
- Host personal shopping experiences that strengthen client relationships and deliver elevated service.
- Act as a trusted brand expert, confidently sharing product knowledge, craftsmanship, innovation, and brand storytelling.
- Leverage guest insights and relationship-building opportunities to create memorable experiences that encourage repeat business.
- Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and key performance indicators that contribute to overall store success.
- Support strategic product and category initiatives through effective selling techniques and product recommendations.
- Maintain awareness of store priorities, product launches, and business opportunities to maximize sales performance.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset by identifying opportunities to drive revenue and deepen client engagement.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.
- Support teammates in delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving shared goals.
- Consistently represent Canada Goose values and culture in every interaction.
- Contribute to store standards, daily operational tasks, and overall store readiness as needed.
- Demonstrate curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning through training, product education, and development opportunities.
- Actively seek feedback to strengthen performance and support personal and professional growth.
- Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in luxury retail and clienteling.
Let’s Talk About You:
- Minimum 2 years of retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience, preferably in a luxury or premium environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Passion for relationship building, clienteling, and creating memorable experiences.
- Strong product storytelling and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with others.
- Confident delivering personalized recommendations and building trust with diverse clientele.
- Results-oriented with the ability to balance guest experience and business performance.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Additional language skills are considered an asset.
