Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized, inspiring shopping experiences while supporting sales goals and store initiatives. They build customer connections and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business and sales results by putting customers at the center of decisions.
• Engage customers, build clientele, and support alternative purchasing and product discovery options.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, use store technology, and participate in team training.
• Share feedback with management about customer needs, category opportunities, and business results.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and move for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
