Summary
Seasonal part time Brand Ambassador focused on delivering personalized and inspiring shopping experiences while meeting sales objectives and upholding brand standards. The role supports store operations, visual standards, and customer engagement initiatives while acting as an entry point for future leadership opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset
- Meet or exceed individual KPI including sales per hour and data capture
- Support achievement of sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures
- Engage customers through programs such as Polo Connect and educate on offerings
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities and back of house tasks
- Support floor sets, replenishment and other operational activities
- Participate in company trainings on product, process and compliance
- Provide product feedback and collaborate with team to maintain a positive environment
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, walk and work on the sales floor for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing
- Ability to operate cash register and perform point of sale transactions
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team and customers
