Brand Ambassador

As a Brand Ambassador for Kering Eyewear in Kansas, you will play a crucial role in promoting the Maui Jim brand. Reporting to the Central Plains District Director, you will be part of the Core US Sales team, responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships within the luxury eyewear market.

• Deliver net sales targets by brand in the assigned territory, focusing on Opticians, Optometrists, and Ophthalmologists.
• Build and maintain a qualitative door distribution, ensuring each brand preserves its DNA.
• Develop long-term partnerships with customers to maximize sell-through.
• Present and maximize the sell-in of optical frames and sunglasses.
• Collaborate with customers on visibility projects and trade marketing activations to enhance sell-through.
• Provide in-store training to optimize sales performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Work with other sales divisions of Kering Eyewear to achieve a balanced brand sales portfolio.

• Proven track record of growing sales and building door distribution among wholesale customers.
• Strong relationships with customers built on service and trust.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods environments.
• Availability to travel up to 80% of the time to visit clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Based out of Kansas.
