Brand Ambassador

As a Brand Ambassador in the Houston area, you will be a key player in driving sales and building strong relationships with customers in the Optical industry. Reporting to the Southern Texas District Director, you will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to the growth and success of Kering Eyewear.

• Deliver Net Sales Targets by brand in the assigned territory, focusing on Opticians, Optometrists, and Ophthalmologists.
• Build and maintain the appropriate door distribution, respecting the brand's DNA.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers to maximize sell-through.
• Present and maximize the sell-in sales of Optical frames and Sunglasses.
• Collaborate with customers to enhance sell-through sales using trade marketing programs.
• Provide in-store training to optimize sales performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting.

• Proven track record of growing sales and building door distribution among the 3O's.
• Strong relationships with customers built on service and trust.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Optical sales within the 3O's.
• University Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods environments.
• Availability to travel up to 90% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Resident in Houston, TX.
