Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador will manage wholesale accounts across southern Nevada and Utah as part of the US sales team, reporting to the Southwest District Director. This field-based role requires up to 80% travel to develop and maintain relationships with opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists and to drive brand sell-through. The Brand Ambassador will deliver net sales targets and ensure each brand preserves its DNA across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver net sales targets by brand within the assigned territory of optical professionals.
• Build and maintain qualitative door distribution while preserving each brand's DNA.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers to maximize sell-through.
• Present and maximize sell-in of optical frames and sunglasses.
• Execute visibility projects and trade marketing activations to drive sell-through.
• Provide in-store training to customers to maximize sales and product knowledge.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting and collaborate with other sales divisions to balance brand portfolios.

Requirements

• Proven track record of growing sales and building door distribution among wholesale customers.
• Strong customer relationships built on service, trust, and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and travel up to 80% of the time.
• University degree or equivalent experience and experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Based out of Arizona or Las Vegas and able to manage a multi-state territory.
