Responsibilities- Act as the face of LINDBERG in your assigned territory in Canada.
- Achieve net sales targets and build qualitative door distribution.
- Develop long-term partnerships with customers to maximize sell-through.
- Collaborate with the Kering Eyewear Sales team to maintain a balanced brand sales portfolio.
- Maximize sales of Optical frames and Sunglasses through presentations and trade marketing programs.
- Provide in-store training and share product knowledge with customers.
- Report timely and accurately to upper management.
- Cooperate with the Kering Eyewear team in Canada and the LINDBERG team in Denmark.
- Attend local and North American sales events.
Requirements- Proven track record in growing sales and building door distribution among wholesale customers.
- Strong customer relationships based on service and trust.
- University Degree or Optician diploma.
- Experience in Optical sales and within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods environments.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time to visit clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Based in West Ontario.
