Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture
- Support achievement of monthly and annual sales plans through teamwork
- Engage customers with loyalty programs and educate them on offerings
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards
- Perform opening and closing duties and maintain back of house processes
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and compliance
- Provide product feedback and support visual merchandising standards
Requirements
- Retail or similar customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate register and remain on feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate physical tasks
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and possible travel
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with team and customers
- Willingness to follow company policies procedures and visual standards
