Summary

Provides personalized, inspiring customer experiences while supporting sales objectives and upholding Ralph Lauren brand standards. Collaborates with the store team and demonstrates knowledge of fashion, styling, and available customer programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals.
• Assist customers with product selection, styling, and fitting room needs.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and visual standards; support replenishment and floor sets.
• Complete opening and closing duties, participate in training, and share customer and product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
