Seasonal Part Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering personalized and inspiring shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
- Utilize various sales channels and technology such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Enhance product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
- Represent and deliver consistent brand aligned customer experiences
- Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
- Provide feedback to management on successes and category opportunities
- Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high volume or specialty environment
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, walk, move for multiple hours and operate the register
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
