Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day business and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Provide personalized customer service aligned to brand expectations.
- Utilize More Ways to Shop tools such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home.
- Support use of QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores for product discovery.
- Participate in team training and support company initiatives.
- Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times.
- Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management.
- Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden customer accessibility.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register and be on feet for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Comfort using new technologies and alternative purchasing platforms.
