Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized and inspiring shopping experience focused on customer service and sales performance. This entry level retail role supports store initiatives, uses retail technologies to drive sales, and helps maintain store standards while building customer relationships and potential career growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Provide personalized customer service and represent brand experience expectations
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize retail technology and alternative purchasing processes to assist customers
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management
• Maintain sales floor standards and assist with merchandising and product discovery
• Operate register and perform cashier duties as needed

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Strong customer communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform light physical tasks
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
• Comfort using point of sale systems and other retail technologies
• Ability to work collaboratively with management and coworkers
