Brand Ambassador - Mens Combo

As a Brand Ambassador for Mens Combo at SFA in Chevy Chase, you will be the face of the brand, driving sales and providing technical product knowledge. You will be responsible for training other associates and developing client relationships to enhance sales performance.

• Drive sales for the brand in a specific category.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing client sales.
• Coordinate special orders and product movement to meet customer requests.
• Educate and train SFA Associates on product technical aspects.
• Act as a liaison between department and vendor representatives.
• Provide feedback to corporate buying office and vendor regarding specific needs and opportunities.
• Exhibit the highest customer service standards as a role model for Sales Associates.

• 2+ years of selling experience in a similar product category.
• Excellent selling and client building skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build trust quickly.
• Basic math skills to interpret reports and develop selling strategies.
