Summary
The Brand Ambassador champions the Hennessy brand by driving education, trade advocacy and brand performance within the Atlanta market while supporting commercial initiatives and stakeholder relationships. This role delivers trainings, hosts consumer and trade events, and executes brand activations to increase awareness and equity. The position is remote in market based on business needs with regular travel and flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Drive brand performance against equity KPIs including volume, value and quality of distribution
- Deliver trainings for bartenders mixologists wait staff account managers and distributor networks
- Develop relationships with key accounts to support cocktail placements and brand visibility
- Plan and execute consumer events samplings and trade activations
- Submit weekly monthly and quarterly reporting on brand performance event ROI social activity and trainings
- Manage assigned budgets and conduct monthly T and E reconciliations
- Collaborate with global ambassador lead and commercial teams for alignment and program direction
- Maintain consistent digital and media presence to support brand education and advocacy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years minimum experience in the beverage alcohol industry with distributor and key account relationships
- Experience in field based ambassador or brand representation roles preferred
- Strong presentation communication and training skills with customer service orientation
- In depth knowledge of spirits Cognac cocktail and consumer trends
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and travel as needed
- Established network of industry and trade professionals
