Brand Ambassador - North Charleston

As a Brand Ambassador at Ralph Lauren in North Charleston, you will be the face of the brand, providing a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. You will play a key role in driving sales and supporting company initiatives while embodying the core values of Ralph Lauren.

• Drive business by achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Focus on the customer at the core of all decisions and support company initiatives.
• Participate in team training to execute business results and utilize new technology.
• Deliver a consistent experience aligned with RL Brand expectations.
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management.
• Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden customer accessibility to product discovery.
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are met at all times.

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and work with chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
• Operate the register and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts as required.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
