Brand Ambassador - Online Retail

Summary

The Brand Ambassador represents Van Cleef & Arpels through phone and digital channels, delivering expert product guidance and exceptional client support. The role combines relationship building, service, and sales in a multichannel contact center.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide client support through phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Drive sales, process merchandise orders, and identify opportunities to develop client relationships.
• Maintain product knowledge and provide accurate information about products, services, and availability.
• Capture client information, resolve inquiries, and coordinate with boutiques and internal partners.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of contact center, customer service, or retail experience.
• Luxury retail or eCommerce experience preferred; knowledge of jewelry, timepieces, or gemstones is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, computer literacy, and ability to learn multiple systems.
• Availability to work shifts during operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
