Responsibilities

• Maintain sales floor standards, follow company policies, and provide feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Demonstrate planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the store, lift or climb up to 30 pounds, and work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
