Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Support execution of company and store initiatives and maintain store standards
- Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Engage clients through creative outreach and support alternative purchasing processes like Gladly and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual store tools
- Uphold company policies and customer experience expectations aligned to the brand
- Engage in community outreach and talent sourcing activities
- Maintain exceptional productivity through effective store execution
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Able to operate register and be on feet standing and walking for multiple hours
- Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and maneuvering around sales floor and stock areas
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and occasional travel
- Proven track record of building and maintaining positive working relationships
- Planning prioritization and time management skills
