Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Support company and store initiatives and uphold brand experience expectations
- Participate in team training and utilize new technologies to enhance sales
- Engage in networking and build clientele to strengthen customer connectivity
- Support alternative purchasing processes including ship to home and virtual tools
- Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
- Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs
- Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register and remain standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team
