Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring in-store shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations while supporting store vision and company initiatives. This role focuses on driving sales, building client relationships, and representing brand standards through exceptional customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales and achieve individual and team goals.
• Provide a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
• Use company technology and alternative purchasing processes to serve customers.
• Engage in networking to develop and build clientele.
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate the register for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and stock areas.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel.
