Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while driving sales and supporting store initiatives. This role focuses on building customer relationships, supporting team training, and representing the brand standards on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer engagement
• Proactively focus on the customer in all decisions and activities
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize digital and alternative shopping tools to enhance sales
• Represent brand expectations and deliver a consistent customer experience
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden product discovery

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and stand, walk, and move for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
