Brand Ambassador

As a Brand Ambassador at Ralph Lauren in Asheville, you will be passionate about providing a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. You will be a team player who is curious, resourceful, and exemplifies inclusivity, serving as the entry point for future leadership roles within the company.

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a personalized shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap, and office.
• Operate the register and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
• Work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekends, and overnight shifts as required.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.

• 1+ years of retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Ability to work with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
• Ability to travel as required.
