Summary

Provides a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while helping customers discover Ralph Lauren products. Drives sales by focusing on customer needs, supporting store initiatives, and building customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while keeping the customer at the center of decisions.
• Represent brand and customer experience expectations, support company initiatives, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Build clientele, provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities, and support alternative purchasing and product discovery tools.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and participate in team training.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
