Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer experiences while helping achieve sales goals. This role supports store initiatives and builds customer relationships through in-person and alternative shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by putting customers at the center of daily activities and decisions.
• Represent brand and store standards while maintaining the sales floor.
• Build clientele, support digital and alternative purchasing options, and share customer and product feedback with management.
• Participate in team training and foster a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Requirements

• Retail or related experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Operate a register and work on foot for extended periods; maneuver around the store and lift or climb as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
