Summary
Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, support store initiatives, and act as the entry point for future leadership within the brand. This role focuses on customer service, driving sales through various channels, and maintaining store standards while working flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer focused activities
- Proactively engage customers and build clientele through networking
- Support company initiatives and participate in team training
- Utilize digital and alternative shopping tools to drive business results
- Represent and deliver a consistent brand aligned customer experience
- Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs
- Ensure sales floor and store standards are met at all times
- Perform register operations and support omnichannel purchase processes
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high volume specialty environment preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate physical tasks
- Ability to operate a register and use store technology
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
