Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador delivers personalized, inspiring customer experiences while contributing to store sales goals and team success. The role combines customer service, fashion knowledge, and support for store operations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling support, including assistance in fitting rooms.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening or closing tasks.
• Educate customers about products, programs, and available services, and share product feedback with management.
• Participate in training and collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive and positive team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts; occasional overnight shifts or travel may be required.
