Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources
- Support store execution of company initiatives and maintain store standards
- Participate in team training to achieve business results
- Engage clients through creative outreach and community initiatives
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery using QR codes digital catalogs and virtual tools
- Provide feedback to management on successes opportunities and category needs
- Operate register maintain productivity and uphold company policies
- Engage in networking and talent sourcing activities
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand walk and move for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to operate register and maneuver around sales floor stock and dressing rooms
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and potential travel
- Proven track record building and maintaining positive working relationships
- Planning prioritization and time management skills
