Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Part-Time Brand Ambassador delivers personalized, inspiring customer experiences and contributes to store sales goals. This role supports the Ralph Lauren brand, store initiatives, and a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by keeping customer needs at the center of decisions and achieving sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and clientele, and support alternative purchasing and product discovery options.
• Represent the brand and store vision, participate in team training, and support company initiatives.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, and share customer, category, and business feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Operate a register and remain standing, moving, and walking for multiple hours; lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
