Summary
Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, supporting store initiatives, and representing the brand with a customer-first mindset. This role contributes to sales and profit performance while engaging in client outreach and supporting new shopping technologies and processes. The position supports team training and may lead to future leadership opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Support execution of company and store initiatives and maintain store standards
- Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Engage clients through creative outreach and community initiatives
- Support alternative purchasing processes including Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
- Maintain productivity through effective store execution and uphold company policies
- Engage in networking and sourcing talent to strengthen the team
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume or specialty environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible overnight shifts and travel
- Proven track record of building and maintaining positive working relationships
- Planning, prioritization, and time management skills
