Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while contributing to store sales goals. This customer-focused role supports sales floor and back-of-house standards and collaborates with the team to deliver the brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance targets.
• Educate customers about products, programs, and available offerings, and assist with styling and fitting room needs.
• Maintain store standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, opening and closing tasks, and operational activities.
• Participate in training and share customer and product feedback with management.
• Support a professional, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts; overnight shifts or travel may be required.
