Summary

The Brand Ambassador delivers personalized, inspiring customer experiences while supporting store sales goals and Ralph Lauren brand standards. This role builds customer relationships, contributes to a collaborative team environment, and supports multiple ways to shop.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by prioritizing customer needs and pursuing daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Engage customers, build clientele, and provide feedback to management about customer and category needs.
• Support company initiatives, team training, new technology, and alternative purchasing options.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards while representing the brand's values and customer experience.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.
