Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting store goals and company initiatives. This customer-focused role involves driving sales, engaging clients, and representing brand standards in a high-volume retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Provide personalized service to build and maintain a clientele
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize multiple shopping channels and new technologies to drive business results
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Support alternative purchasing processes such as ship to home and digital tools

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate register for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
