The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while supporting sales goals and maintaining Ralph Lauren store standards. This customer-focused role contributes to a positive, inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support customers with product knowledge, styling, sizing, and fitting room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales objectives and performance indicators, and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and visual standards; support replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share product feedback with management, and participate in company training.

Requirements

• Retail or related experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts; occasional overnight shifts or travel may be required.
